Q: How do I get my work request into the system at the Maintenance Department?

A: The preferred way to get your request in is to contact the person at your school who is responsible for entering these requests into the facilities MySchoolBuilding website.  Please see directions on how to place a work order listed above under General Information.

Q: Who do I contact for school maintenance requests such as plumbing, electrical, roof leaks, freezers/coolers etc.?

A: Call 843-322-0711 for emergencies during office hours. All other requests should go through the facilities MySchoolBuilding website. Please see directions on how to place a work order listed above under General Information.

Q: Who do I contact for moving requests?

Q: Who do I contact for pest control issues?

Q: Who do I contact for kitchen appliances and refrigeration repair requests?

A: All kitchen appliance repair requests should go through the Sodexo Food Service office at 843-322- 0800. Food service office personnel will contact the maintenance office for all refrigeration and appliance repair requests.

Q: Who do I contact when I smell gas?

A: All gas odors should be treated as emergencies. Call 911 first, then call 843-322-0711 during regular office hours or 843- 812-5011 after hours.

A: All exterior broken windows should be treated as emergencies. Call 843-322-0711 during regular office hours or 843-812-5011 after hours.

Q: Who do I contact for roof leaks?
